ABOUT ME

I am a senior research scientist at Smileshape.ai working on R&D involving core geometry processing and modeling in 3D and productionization.

I graduated with PhD degree in Computer Science (Dec 2024) from Manning College of Information & Computer Sciences at University of Massachusetts, Amherst. I was advised by Prof.Erik-Learned Miller.

My interest is in 3D Computer vision and graphics, especially in generative modelling, reconstruction and geometry processing. I am interested in exploring problems where theory could be applied to practical 3D geometry and vision problems.

I worked as Research Scientist in Max Planck Institute of Intelligent Systems - Perceived systems directed by Prof. Michael J. Black.

Before starting PhD, I was a software engineer in Microsoft and start-ups in silicon valley. I did my Masters in Computer science at Columbia University, Newyork. Outside of PhD, I like to travel, paint, rock climb, hike and run with my dog, Happy.
